The managers do not micro-manage, which I appreciate, but there needs to be more support from them. There is hardly any structure in place and you basically fly by the seat of your pants due to no standard procedures in place. The employees are laid back and easy to work with for the most part. The benefits could be better, but better than nothing. There is a lot of turnover in certain departments, namely mine, but I believe they just do not hire the correct people for the right position. It is a stepping stone for me, as I do not expect to remain be working here for long term, so I guess I shouldn't be too harsh. | No micro-management | Limited advancement opportunities.
