Ausrichtung und Zukunftspläne der Firma, innerhalb der Abteilungen und abteilungsübergreifend aber ganz gut Seht gut, kollegiales, hilfsbereites und familiäres Miteinander Die Firma ist aktuell im Wandel, Prozesse, Strukturen, Abläufe und Angebote werden laufend verbessert, Keine Firma ist perfekt, aber es wird viel für die Mitarbeiter getan und laufend verbessert. Top level managment got the job, because of family ties. But looking at the results, it seems to me that the available abilities do not match the requirements of that position. Noisy and crowded. Available space for employees is close to the legal minimum (or maybe even below). Temperature managment is difficult, quite dark in some places.
