Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company. - Management of the company takes whimsical decisions, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. - Hire and Fire within 6 months policy, without basic notice period. You will be asked to discontinue from next week without any severance pay. - High attrition rate - Bad name in the market, Clients are leaving one by one. - Manager's are highly incompetent without any domain knowledge or a strategy to grow the vertical. Especially in marketing. All they'll do is push you to bring in leads without any guidance from their end. Worst work culture after arrival of new Vice President... All old and very senior experienced professional employees were sent out and keeping new people with a bribe of US Onsite opportunity... Very unprofessional atmosphere. More internal politics and favouritism. In last one year more than 10 senior most staff left the company because of this atmosphere.
