Good product with long history.
Company has potential

Too many managers.
It seems that the new senior leadership team does not value the technical staff or those who have been there for years.
No internal promotion. All new positions are awarded to new recruits, when they often lack the experience to fill the position.
Below average salaries and work conditions.
Products are falling behind competitors.
