Flexible, comfortable work culture. Focus is on getting your work done, very little micro-managing. Flexible work hours and work from home is available, as long as you are available during core hours 10-2pm EST. I made many good friends there.

One of the two most amazing companies I have seen as companies to work for. Culture is 2nd to none. Only issue is that sales salary and commission structure is below industry standards, however, for other areas in the company, they are above standards.

Avoid Micropact at all Costs

Miropact is known in Raleigh, NC as a company that constantly fires and lays off employees left and right. When I worked there I saw 8 people fired, the worse one was a guy that had a pregnant wife right before Christmas. The managers here are very power hungry, and if they do not like you, they will let it be known they will replace you. Most people that work here are looking for other jobs. The work/life balance is horrible. Most people work nights and weekends for constant deadlines that have unrealistic expectations. If your someone that loves working in a pressure cooker this will be a great fit for you.

• Managed and configured Micropact’s new VMware ESXi 5.5 infrastructure
• Migrate users and computers from legacy domain to new domain
