Great product line, really better that what the competition offers.

Management is hooked on old ideas on how to work, and are not willing to try new ones. Focus is on cost cutting, not process improvement.
HR is more concerned about protecting the company from being sued by employees, than about making employees feel valued and empowered. HR head has gotten several promotions while there has been cost cutting and headcount reductions everywhere else.
