Many of the employees have been with the company over 10+ years, myself included. Very knowledgeable and well respected in the industry. We work hard & play hard. They did a better job at project management than the large multinational bank with virtually unlimited resources I went to work for after I left them. The staff and management are great people and very personable. They made the demands of being a fully utilized resource at their company enjoyable. I often missed the great working environment when I thought I was moving on to a better opportunity only to spend my first 2 weeks reading manuals and being ignored. That never happened at Microram. They did their best to make sure I had to the resources and information to properly do my job. There was opportunity to advance both professionally and financially if you wanted to put in the effort. The team really cares about doing a great job, and I like that because I was surrounded by like-minded people who aren’t scared to roll up their sleeves and get it done! Had some very fun company events and was always treated professionally. The industry is challenging and it’s not for everyone.
