Sales representative I believe people write only when they are upset, so do not let just the negative reviews push you away. Personally, my boss Leslie was amazing there, I would have stayed just to keep working for her, but I found a career that better suited me and my interests. Leaving was a hard decision. The company is interesting, you will learn A LOT, so always keep an open mind. You build your future in this company, but sometimes it’s a little slow to learn and take off, and you will ALWAYS learn something new. The company is interested in hearing ideas and working towards positive change, the HR is on top of things, payroll was never a problem, and IT is very helpful, OT was allowed. Business casual relaxed attire. Hours are good and location is too. I realized all employees were friendly and close, we would go out together here and there. The leader at the Hatfield site treats managers with no trust, respect or professionalism. He has frequent tantrums; thumping desks, screaming at employees and slamming doors. Turn-over of employees is very high and alarmingly high rates for for middle managers. Motivation method is fear! Company does not value it's employees.
