The bulk of the non-managerial people that work here are good people. They work hard and give a very strong effort.
|
The management is very dishonest and if you’re not one of the long-timer core of employees than forget about advancing. Management skills are severely lacking which is evidenced by the very high turnover rate. Once people figure out how shifty they are, they get out.
If you really need a job badly, then take their job but don’t stop your job search by any means. Keep looking and get out as soon as you can.

Some smart people working at MSI. They have good intentions and are friendly.

Sales team must send emails daily about their meetings. Remote work has to be approved by a manager. If you work remotely and you did not obtain prior approval, you are charged a PTO day. Ask about this if you consider a position. It wasn’t told to me until after I was hired.
Many internal meetings that cut your selling time. CEO surrounded by people who agree.
Culture is quiet. People are reserved and not likely to speak up. Too much internal dating between VPs and employees. Concerns of nepotism are everywhere.
Be careful if you have a complaint. There is favoritism.

Overtime pay (when you don’t get grief from management for too many hours)
Bonuses each quarter (varied amounts)

Management wants everything completed as priority. Too focused on billable hours. No opportunity for growth. Raises non-existent. Scheduling for client visits was nightmarish. No additional training. Bothered on days off and weekends when not on call. Management puts up with terrible clients that don’t pay invoices. Management looks at everyone as replaceable and will not hesitate to just cut employees down. Benefits overly expensive, salaries sub-standard for industry
