The BDR position itself kind of sucks but that would probably be true at most SaaS companies. Find a role you want to be in and you'll be able to find an internal mentor to help get you there.

The company is US based company which has now expanded to Ahmedabad in India . They have set high targets and hopes but as India office is handled by Indian management so definitely those standards are not meeting here in India . Managers (if they can) kindly try to have same attitude and policies as followed in US and other offshore offices
