My coworkers have become my other family. If you are an entry level/junior employee, do not go in expecting any coaching or mentoring. There was no development plan to give employees to give any kind of career projection or guidance. There were tools in place, but not being utilized or enforced. Management would spend hours in meeting room not to address the current situation or problems but to decide how to ruin people's professional lives as well as their personal lives.
