There employees even sent me pictures and laughed about it. The building is disgusting. Floors not swept or mopped, bathrooms not mopped or cleaned on a regular basis, no stock in bathrooms, cob webs, dirty windows, bugs laying under heater vents, full trash cans outside and inside etc. Soon as I upload the pictures i'll post them here. private:mid-americancleaningcontractors-2 https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=416918 Aug 30th, 2014 12:00AM Open Open Mid-American Cleaning Contractors Janitor Fort Wayne, IN highly not recommended for honest workers you got paid. and you got at least forty hours or more per week. plus you got two ten minute breaks and a half hour lunch break. they didn't want to hear when something needed fixed, unless it came from the one the management was sleeping with and when they fire you or let you go they deny you unemployment and even lie about why they fired you so that they don't have to pay. never gave out hand books. or told what could and could not be done, then fired you when you do something wrong. not to mention the -40 degree weather and you had to be out shoveling in it.
