Great place if your salary expectations are low

The people, the people who work here are the best. Nepotism decreased. Gained experience

They are an apathetic organization. There was a brain drain and all of the good employees left. Promotions take a long time and the ones who are promoted aren’t qualified to lead others. Promotions are reserved for family and those who will quit right after their promotion. Compensation is below every other management company. The bonuses are an insult.

Toxic culture, inept management

There are a few smart, quality individuals. Office space is new and refreshed.
|
That said, management of the Enterprise is a madhouse. Too many cooks in the kitchen willing to talk at you, but no real support. A lot of infighting. Office politics are toxic and you will likely be thrown under the bus to serve middle and senior management. Toxic toxic toxic. Do better, look elsewhere.
