They try to have fun events to "pretend" to have a good atmosphere, but the truth is that instead of teamwork it is dog eat dog.

Toxic, Unhealthy, Competitive, Unfair, Nepotism.......I am so glad I quit that job!!! If you are in a support role (administrative assistant) they treat you like you are a secretary. You are required to make coffee!!! And do dishes. Run, run fast to another interview because Mid-America was the worst experience of my life.
