I enjoyed working for this company very much. I had a lot of opportunity to move up in the company and my co workers made it easy to come to work each and every day. The only downfall was the company closed after 10 years in business, and I was not able to continue my career with them.

Fun work place and great people
|
Would sit at a computer and make calls for orders for Kansas city Steak company. I learned how to speak properly with customers when they are angry and was able to help customers get an answer. Management was great and taught me a lot. The hardest part was dealing with mad customers, the most enjoyable part was meeting great people at my job

Great People, Awful Job
|
I enjoyed the monotony of the work I did for Midco, however, the job itself was stressful and brutal. You take call after call after call and almost every one of them, you're verbally abused by customers. It's very tiring. But the people were great and management was decent. Pay was pretty good and the benefits were great.

When first started it was a great place to work. Than as they hired managers, they really had no idea what they were doing. Managers were coming to me and asking questions to be able to answer someone else's question. Not very management material in my opinion.
