This was a great company that had a lot of bright people working there and had competent leadership which was predominantly women.

Was acquired by publicly-traded company that was performing poorly and a RIF resulted in a lot of good people shown the door.

None, really - the con is that the part of the company for which I worked was sold out to a very large corporation and no longer exists. :(

We have great flexibility, everyone is accessible, vibe is informal, yet people work hard. Benefits are decent, especially 401K and PTO. Office is bright and open. Relatively little bureaucracy.

Communication could always be better. Some people have left due to pending ownership change. Need more lunch options locally, slim pickings on Exchange St. IT support could be better.
