The employees are always courteous and lively which makes the day go by faster. It is a small startup company that'll make use of your skills immediately. Therefore, you will learn a bunch while on the job and they have room to grow if you are ambitious.

Despite it being a small company for better learning prepare for the fast pace environment. Prepare to learn a bunch of different software to maneuver from the beginning days. It may not be for everyone and it certainly isn't from the word of mouth. The employee ratio from employees who stay to the employees who leave is drastically bigger to those who leave because of the stressful and fast pace environment. In addition, the cliental that Middleground provides IT services for is troublesome and full of unprofessional clients. Considered an MSP (managed service provider) meaning most of the work will be done remotely within a desk with a small work office space. Ultimately, the software you will be working with is difficult to manage and there is no documentation. Management provides no organization structure for the work environment. Also, to add on top of which the way the company distributes tickets causes frustration not like how other companies I've worked for in the past. Lastly, there is more frustration than upside overall when the company offers little to no pay for the IT personal for how much work and stress are being dealt with throughout the workweek.
