Very secure company. Decent pay. Needs a third shift to allow more flexibility in time off. A step above AK steel as far as home life, but not much. Unions outdated and not needed, which ends up capping the total amount you can make due to having to pay union dues for nothing in return. They have great benefits as well as, paid training, paid time off, annual picnics, and other perks around the Holidays. The management is very hands on and care about the employees.
