Furthermore, they quit scheduling courses for me to teach without an adequate reason except for the low enrollment. When the enrollment picked up, I was not recontacted. At this point, I have no desire to return. It was a dead end position with no promise of advancement or security. It's laid back and it's evident that the company truly values employees. The staff is big on celebrating each other. I did not work within the confinds of the school, I only had students in the clinical setting. The worst aspect of the job is grading papers. Typical workday was preparing for each class time. Learned things about my students that I had not known. Management was great to work with and was open to listen when I had a concern and offered support. I worked remotely most of the time. Hardest part of this job...there was nothing hard.
