Workers are cliqued up will conspire against you.

Paid weekly through temp service.

No job security whatsoever. Will fire you fast and without warning, will leave it up to employees who don't even want you there to train you. Then they'll feel like you're slowing them down and sabotage you to upper management. Mostly women that work there too so it's really caddy, think Tina Fey's mean girls.

Over time the ownership put too much of the management of employees into the hands of the HR department, which deftly adopted a policy of not recognizing individual employee accomplishments and advanced skills. Some of the upper management projected attitude of looking down on employees that they felt had inferior educations.

I was very unhappy, disappointed and totally stressed while working there.
|
|
they have a pretty good benefits package with 401k, health and dental/eye coverage.
I miss most of my former co-workers who all try to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
|
Too many people telling you what to do and never agreeing with each other. You will not know who to listen to. Lots of unfair treatment unless you are a "brown noser". They think everyone is trying to take advantage of them and they pit one against another. Makes for a very unhappy atmosphere to work in. Most employees are not satisfied or happy.
