Productive learning work place
|
A typical day at work is pretty easy going, fast paced. I learned a lot about different bolts and screws and how to measure them.I also learned how to operate the forklift and other vehicles. Management was friendly and a great help if you had any questions. The hardest part of the job was the hours but the most enjoyable part of the job was the learning experience.

This company is a small family owned company that is struggling in finding balance between it's growth as a business and it's success as an employer. The majority of employees feel overwhelmed and under appreciated. Too many over generalized staunch rules and lack of individual care for the employees. Low pay scale with minimal raises. Fair benefits pkg. Poor training provided and undertrained management. This job is ok for people looking to bolster a resume or as a starting point in your career but has limited potential for long term advancement or genuine career opportunities.
