The employees I worked with were very competant. There was upward movement but mostly in the office. I worked as an independent contractor. The hardest part of my job was not knowing the schedule until the day before your job; or if there were going to be 1 job a week or 5 jobs a week. The most enjoyable part of my job was the change of scenery and working in a professional environment. I enjoyed getting to see new places/towns and offices. I enjoyed the time I did have off that I could spend time with my son and wife. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Midwest Litigation Services. The skills I acquired while working with MLS made the experience more than worth it. I plan to take my video and computer skills into my next workplace and continue to grow in all directions. Midwest Litigation Services had great management, benefits, and coworkers.
