Owner can be discriminatory. Owner expects everyone to show the same dedication to the company. Unpaid overtime work culture, everyone is afraid to leave on time. Little room for salary raise. My colleague was loyal to the company for years, but was let go soon after getting a raise, reason being they cant afford the salary. CEO act like a know-it-all and can be mentally torturous to employees. Mid management is very competent and likeable. Positions, titles and tasks are relatively fluid so you do get an array of experience. Mid sized company environment. | Most of the issues and stress will come from administration, which is currently run by someone who is too temperamental and biased to be in administration. Base pay is quite low, but the company uses a bonus/incentive system, so it's only a con depending on your preference. As well as being a pro, tasks constantly being reallocated makes procedures very difficult to follow because they are often inconsistent. All the procedures also makes business operations very slow and inefficient.
