Some very smart hard working staff willing to do a lot with very little.
|
Incredibly incompetent, toxic, fraudulent management replaced by deeply callous management. No interest in maintaining employees, interim CEO sees everyone as replaceable, even high performers. No training program, no boundaries on duties, no interest in work life balance, vacation denied for months at a time when people need to be ground to dust to meet a deadline. Run away.

Nice PTO policy.
The team is the best part. Very knowledgeable people have come through this company.

CBD in general is in decline and this company overvalues the novelty of working in the hemp extractions industry.
No growth for employees as they actively remove opportunities for advancement in favor of adding C-Suite and other executive roles with individuals that leave in 6 months.
No annual pay evaluation. The pay you are hired on at is the one you'll leave with. As a result the company has quickly become below average in compensation for individual contributors.

Unhinged CEO, incompetent C-Suite, the most toxic environment I've ever worked in. There are so many amazing companies in the Boulder/Denver area, there is no reason anyone would want to work here. No one is steering this ship.

Still trying to figure themselves out, can't get out of start up mode. Doesn't seem too interested in employee retention...sort of "if you dont like it, get out" vibe. No 401k match, no wage increases, no interest currently in employee development or advancement

At no point have I felt that I had to put my personal life on hold for the company.
Very big emphasis on self care.
Friendly work environment. Pre-Covid happy hours were a regular.
People generally seem happy and enjoy being at work.
