The core working hours are more or less fixed, but the location is free to choose in the full range between remote and onside. Good, but maybe not the best you can get, but this is related to the localisation industry in total. The initial salaries are sometimes very low, but this normally improves after some time to acceptable. Normally good Roughly 70% of the team are women and in the meantime most of the managment as well (before it was a little bit more tricky, not bad, but not ideal) Since some major changes in 2019 and the introduction of MSTeams the communication has increased from good to very good. Regular Feedback is requested and critisism is not punished. This is the biggest plus for Milengo. The colleagues are always nice and friendly. Discussions are normally open and constructive. This really depends where you are working and how eager you are to learn. But there is always a huge chunk of things that needs to be done. If you want you can focus on more interesting stuff, but you can also take care of the buisness as usual. Managers have a clear commitment to maintaining high quality standards. My responsibilities are clearly defined. I receive feedback on a regular basis. I am very satisfied with my manager. The company keeps us well-informed about those things that will affect us. All employees are treated fairly. My workplace is well maintained, safe, nice and a physically comfortable place to work. Everybody is treated well in Milengo. My coworkers treat me respectfully, we support each other. There is a strong feeling of teamwork and cooperation in Milengo. You can get a great help from them. Communication is really good. If there is an inquiry you get a swift reply. That's a strong point of this company. You won't stay alone if there is something you struggle with, there is always sb that will help you with the company's stuff. That's the feeling you have for most of the time!
