Disaster from the top down

Company is a train wreck..operated by a CEO who doesn’t get involved in anything. Worst purchasing and procurement department I have ever worked for at a builder. Plans are wrong, take offs are wrong, they hire vendors with no thorough back ground and experience verifications. Don’t pay the trades, ding the builder for overages clearly the fault of front office...overall horrible company to work for. Been doing this a lot of years and never worked at a company this disorganized. They do nothing to make changes and every day is a new experience is disorganization and hurdles to jump through... everything rolls down hill here for sure cause no one at the top looses their jobs...just the builders and areas managers get blamed and fired for having your hands tied daily

Not quality or customer satisfaction
May be the worst Homebuilder I’ve worked for and management talks out of both sides of their mouth and will backstab you .. City inspectors will tell you how poor quality Thir homes are

They pick favorites and leave the rest to fend for themselves. No real “team” feeling. Figure it out quickly or get left behind/cut quickly. Might as well pack your bags after the first strike, they’ll leave you hanging afterwards.

Good job, manage vendors, make sure the houses are clean and presentable for homeowners. Not a lot of job security. Mess up 2x and your let go. Ask for help from Construction Managers, sometimes get it. Job is good, but some CM's suck
