You always get your trainings during your initial start with the org & the best thing is you could always reach out to any departments when you have a question.
The best thing for any employee to have is always having a best manager & senior reps for you to guide you on your ups & downs on your work. And the best thing for me is my managers & my colleagues.
Sales is all about money & when they encourage you get more with extra cash prizes & compensations who wouldn't say a 'Yes'?
The competition within the team is so healthy & positive that we always try to do our best no matter what the result is.

Join only if you want to work as labour. As employees you are supposed to do your job with 100% accuracy and 24/7 availability. You take time for yourself during holidays or non office hours, you became irresponsible in your job.
Organization clients and profits are top most priority, employees are least priority.
No work-life balance.
No benefits, no fun at work.
Management believes in partition and rule theory. Presents different things to different teams only to break trust between them.
During COVID, management said many times that team delivered more than what was delivered in last few years, but when turn comes to give appraisal management went into shell saying we are not through yet.
AVOID coming here if not the must.
