Its led by Bruce Millar, a 25 plus year veteran in the personal injury business, who loves what we do but who more importantly loves those of us that help him do it. Mr. Millar encourages us to treat every clients as we would our own family, an example he sets by treating each of us that exact way. In know he would give me the shirt off his back, if need be and I'd be all to willing to do the same for him. Too much backstabbing and shadiness towards administrative staff, lawyers not really appreciative, low pay, disrespect is rampant, very high turnover rate.

I am saddened and disappointed to read these things, because they are demonstrably and provably untrue. Most of my paralegal staff has been with the firm for at least 5 years, with many having worked here for 10 -20 years. Our paralegal turn-over rate is extremely low. Our pay is above-average for the Atlanta legal market, and because we are successful and love what we do, we offer benefits that many firms our size are unable to match. \r\n\r\nOur firm's mission is provide excellent and compassionate client service and a great place to work.
