The only positive reviews here are fictitious. The job titles don’t even exist! Unfortunately there aren’t any beyond getting a paycheck. Too many to list and all beginning with the worst possible management style and complete lack of leadership from the top. Before you take the job, ask to speak to the last person in that role and save yourself some heartache. No they won’t let you? Of course they won’t because there isn’t anyone that’s left on good terms. Get on LinkedIn and find us ex-employees, we’ll give you the low down. Read all these reviews and notice the thread they have in common. Everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously! This company is so badly run that you will lose your mind from the lack of organization. The owners are both clueless and out of touch with reality. They are the most unethical people I have ever worked for. The culture is toxic beyond belief. If you value your mental health, then run fast and don't look back. It's not worth your sanity to work here. A nice view overlooking some woods. I, too, had major problems at this place, which began from Day #1. On my first day, the office was locked up like Fort Knox and nobody would open up despite my knocking or answered at the main number when I called from my cell. When I finally got in, management exclaimed that they forgot that I was starting that day (despite the signed offer letter). My new desk was covered with dust, litter, wires & broken equipment and management admitted that they didn't yet know what I would be working on. After 15 minutes, I was ushered into a conference room where the obnoxious hiring manager began to ask a series of several intrusive personal questions that had nothing to do with the job: My marital status, whether I had children or not, my hobbies, my religion, etc. Wanting to get along with my new boss properly, I politely answered his questions only to be met with several incredibly rude, insulting comments! (How's that for alienating a new employee?) It didn't get much better from there - Management had no ability to communicate expectations properly, constantly contradicted themselves, always played the blame-game, frequently made sarcastic comments & resorted to personal insults. And it didn't help that the CEO & his wife frequently argued & loudly fought with each other out in the open in front of the other employees. Not to mention that the entire culture there is just so old fashioned & outdated with no professional growth or development.
