Change the type of management that you utilize. The angry, unhappy managers take it out on employees. Seasoned and great employees hate their jobs and your company because they are not valued. Realize people need better-structured pay that isn't based on profit sharing that lacks transparency. People would rahter be able to pay bills then tailgates and huge Christmas party.
