New management was 'big heads' with small minds | At one time, had an open door policy for employees to speak freely. An okay place to gain experience with great customers. A good stepping stone. | Management treats you very well, unless you are of the female persuasion. Promotions without pay raises, with the excuse of the business "not doing well" yet stocks continued to rise as well as 'higher ups' getting more and more perks.
