Weekly status meetings were a waste of time. High degree of turnover of clients as billing was well above market rate. Management dismisses employees regularly to bring in lower paid interns and new hires. There is little flexibility in the time you arrive at work and the time you leave. No work may be taken home and all work is required to be worked on and completed from the office. This way, management can keep tabs on you.
