professors treat athletes poorly, professors lower grades for athletes when missing school for athletic events, administers will retro-active pay after coach takes job at another school, administrators back-stab and go behind coaches backs to get dirt, coaches try to purposely get ahead by spreading rumors, people in athletic department keep jobs when they don't do their work or won't work with women's sports ... WARNING: If you are a college athlete who is offered a chance to play sports here, DO NOT GO. Not a safe and good environment even though I've experienced it.

Nice place, nice students

This college still values liberal arts. It has smaller classes, which allows for a lot of interaction with students. It is a beautiful campus situated in one of the prettiest places in Tennessee.
|
I can't speak as to the benefits, since I am only part-time. Full time faculty have a heavy class load. If you are not a part of one of the central departments, you can sometimes feel a little left out. It is very Christian.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity I've had to work at Milligan College.

One of the best reasons I enjoy working at Milligan is because of their work-study option. I get to work for Milligan College while also studying at the school. Depending on how much I want to earn towards my tuition, I can decide where my money goes, whether it's towards tuition or direct deposit to my checking account.

I cannot really think of a specific challenge or difficulty of working at Milligan College.
