I'm not sure which was worse. Milliken or MAU. They were both really bad companies to work for. Advancement was only achievable if you sucked up to management. There was no value in actual hard work.

Overall pretty good

Been working there for about 3 years and it has good benefits and pretty good pay the only thing I can say is communication lacks heavily in this plant and management could be better. Otherwise great place to work and everybody there is nice it's like family.

U work independently

Work at different positions,y have to rotate,took a different position,more money ,no rotation.. worked alone which I like.12 hour shifts which are very slow,but many days off, three in a row every other weekend.was a lot to learn about the job , minimum errors good benefits,pay weekly.forlift use required,sometimes stressful, workplace culture typical for a plant

The have no problem reminding you you are replaceable. Spent 3 years with this company in every department at that, the management in some department is an absolute joke. At that point new HR only cares about company and not employees. Pluse most jobs come with a bit health risk.
