They put more care into the drunk ppl n drug addicts so they can make sure they get there annual monetary. I think them giving food everyday is great but they don’t really have options until you have worked events so they can see your work ethic but most the time I’m there nobody was checking in me. I joined there 2.0 program which enabled us to get priority dispatch but I never got called back or dispatched to a more secure job opportunity

Productive and a fun place to work overallI would recommend mana club Charity to some of my friends and other people to work there most of the time I would work a variety of different jobs since really filled concessions and events and a Safeco field working with the Seattle Mariners doing concessions and events working 12 hour shifts Monday through Saturday 6 AM till 6 PM I enjoyed making good money and the time and a half paid off really good

Millionair Club Charity has been around since 1921, and only recently did they really begin to coalesce and start to develop a model for growth.
The organization, like many non-profits, does amazing work daily. They're one of the charities who you can give money to and know exactly where every penny is going and feel good about it.
Working there is really what you make of it. The staff is hardworking yet relaxed in attitude. They put their all into their work and truly care about the mission.
It's fairly autonomous, and there's always more work to be done as long as there's a homeless epidemic in Seattle. Depending on how you do it, this could lead to being overwhelmed, just right, or not enough to do. If you're proactive or ask for more work, you'll find it. Because the staff isn't too large (~30), you can also volunteer to take something on and realize you bit off more than you could chew. However, team members are super supportive and will help where they can.
Most non-profits seem to be in the risk-averse, always-got-eyes-on-the-budget space where management and board members have different versions of what's important. MCC sometimes finds itself in that space, but management is really open to new ideas and supports you in trying new tactics to improve and grow the business. If you ask them to find budget for something, they'll listen, find the money, and say, "I trust you; go for it."
Keep an eye out for big branding changes in the coming years! Exciting things in the works.
Benefits are lackluster because, well, it's a small non-profit. Pay is below-average, vacation time is minimal, and the health insurance is one-choice only. That being said, they're flexible with working hours, will give you time off as needed with no judgment, and they care about your well-being in the truest sense. If you show up and work hard and care about what you're doing for the organization, you'll find yourself supported and happy in the organizational family.
I would recommend this organization to anyone looking to make a difference with their work and have the freedom to grow in a supportive environment.

This is a nice place to work at temporarily. The club has opportunities to turn a contract into permanent employment. I believe the pay could be better, but it is a contractor type position.
