The Co worker vibe is great, they play music all day, happy hour Wednesday, always food to share. Really relaxed environment. The flexibility to work from home even on days your supposed to go in.

Too many meetings, hard to focus on your work getting ready for all the meetings. The expectation to compliment ppl so you get noticed by higher ups, be prepared to know power point, used lots here.

I can see myself working here for the rest of my life. So much learning opportunities and growth avenues. Management is so loving and caring, especially during COVID. The two days in person work week is just perfect. So different and so much better than any other company that I have worked for. I think the average age is still less than 30 for this 32 years old start up =)
