Not the place for high performers

Flexibility, laid back environment, fun coworkers , easy jobs (Great job if you want something easy, but pay will reflect that), cafeteria on side, pool onsite
|
High turnover from high performers, lots of people resistant to change, Politics in certain departments, low pay compared to cost of living, college financial challenges, poor leadership from department heads, low budget for professional development/training
The worst thing was the Anti-men attitude from the students and some staff.
I would not recommend graduate school there if you are a man.

Administration suffers its students and teaching staff pervasive internal strife and money mismanagement.

Interesting, intelligent students who demand more for their education. Strong grad programs.

Insular administration whom have lost sight of their imperative to grow with the times, and therefore, diminishing benefits to being an alumna. Surprisingly ossified approach to preparing their students for a loud, complex reality outside the campus walls. Suffers from internal squabbles, muddled communication. I can't imagine this institution will last unless they pivot hard, because it is thoroughly neo-liberal, and that's just not enough for incoming students with their work cut out for them.
