Everything. They don’t give raises, they cut hours, let certain employees get away with being late all the time, and reward employees who are lazy. Management is subpar and not qualified as leadership but they question everything anyone does with more experience. HR is excellent, but they have no teeth to do anything about discipline.

Human resource managers have no recourse to help employees because the top vice president treat employees like crap. All wages are below living wages, and most employees are on welfare while the executives are living, large and driving $90,000-$200,000 cars. Recently they told everyone they weren’t getting raises in 2024 but continue to spend money on silly stuff. Most people think they’re going to close soon.
