I, for one, am greatly appreciative of their efforts to keep us working, Not many companies out there would be so willing to show such support for their employees as Miltec does. Match 401k up to 4%. Vacation starts with 2 weeks upon hire, and increases with years of service up to 4 weeks, 8 Holiday days, and Sick time.
