Great culture, great people, room for growth

Culture - This company easily forged camaraderie and friendship among the team. There were office gatherings, parties and many team members loved to eat lunch together.
Management - CEO and Supervisors genuinely have your best interest in mind always and that is priceless and hard to find in an employer. The manager is hands off, does not micromanage, but is also very quick to speak from the heart, recognize hard work and accomplishments and ensure their door is open for venting, for conversations and for help. The management is also flexible and understanding in a time of need. You can feel comfortable expressing your needs and troubles to management or colleagues.
Work Life Balance - They do not expect you to work overtime or on weekends. Colleagues always offer help to ensure team members get a lunch break and are able to leave on time even on a busy day. Social outings are encouraged.
Role - The role offers room for personal growth. The management team often offers opportunities for travel or other responsibilities to grow your skill set and challenge and improve you.

Management - At times there is confusion in process due to small company and department sizes but these are easily discussed and resolved.
Benefits - Benefits are reasonable/standard but could be improved. Office hours and PTO are strict but not unreasonable. Work life balance is valued and no overtime is expected.
Work- Life balance - I only marked a 4 since the PTO isn't exceptional.

Hold more frequent employee surveys, employee meetings, employee gatherings and rewards and hold yearly reviews to ensure your employees get to share their thoughts and to ensure as Management you aren't missing anything you may not get a chance to see. I've worked here for about a year full-time. I enjoy most aspects of my actual work, though it is a tough job, requiring a high skill-set and the ability to deal with medium to high stress. I feel that I am fairly compensated, and have really good health, dental and eyecare benefits. We also get monthly mini-massages, a 401k, gym membership discounts outside of our health package (I think we've all taken over the local HIIT class) and a 'snack room'. I feel that if I ever need help, I have a coworker in a senior position to go to. I had one of the most robust training programs I've seen, with daily touchpoints and support from the department lead.
Most of all, I feel like I am supported by my coworkers, both in the US and India. My teammates in India are wonderful people who I talk to daily, both inside and outside of work. We follow each other on social media, and send our birthday office party pictures back-and-forth. We have team members from all offices visit the other's offices regularly. There are other Glassdoor comments from those who are no longer with the company that do not give the full, accurate picture. I'm happy I wasn't swayed by them when deciding on taking the job offer, and found out for myself.
