-Their product is good and quite competitive in the Indian market
-Their marketing team is strong which is why they have good presence
|
-New office Infrastructure is old school. Feels like 2010 in 2021.
What does top management do?
-From sales background.
-ONLY bothered about numbers from sales team
-Don't care about other teams; no daily, weekly, monthly, yearly interaction with anyone, even at senior levels from other teams.
-If you can bring business to company, you are good for them. Or else, they will speak to you only when they have to give you a warning about anything.
-Also, I am absolutely shocked to see someone so incompetent in my entire career for such a top management profile.
- Instead of managing and overlooking all the teams, all they do is micromanage people by doing lobby walks and create new policies for the company, strictening the current ones and calling it "need of the hour".
-Read novels in cabin
-The HR department in this company are just spokesperson for the top management.
- They don't really have any authority and are just puppets
