Salary always on time, flexible working hours, CEO is a very good listener always looking for ideas once you prove to him that something works for us he will trust you with his eyes closed. Both CEO and CTO friendly. Outings . Holidays . Salary is good. good hike in salary sometimes even for non deserving employees . HR works really hard to keep the environment fun and easy going. if you are worth it they wont hesitate to pay you well.

work environment is good in the development area but cannot say the same about marketing area, Managers try to slack off work also try to delay their sub ordinates work. there is no work pressure. The work is not too much but the environment keeps talking in a negative way about the work to be done(marketing area) . all in all is a very good company if you cannot be persuaded by your managers and have utter control over yourself you should go for it. Senior level management is excellent though, you can address issues and they'll be quick to resolve.

You can enjoy coffee and evening snacks also.

1.No seperate washrooms are available.
2.Work expectations does not match with the salary.
3.Worst working environment.
4.Everyone works under pressure of CTO who seats to keep watch on everyone.
5. Manager does not have basic sense of behaviour.
6.No process is set.
7. Worst environment to work with. you will get bit of help from your co-workers.
