They give proper training to their employees before placing them live. Hats off to their trainers and their training procedure. Its being 5 years since I left Mindcrest but I still remember everything I have learnt during the training period.
Co-workers were very very co-operative and friendly.
There was no hardest part of the job.
The most enjoyable part was when I exceeded the number of data abstraction. It was always a fun to compete others in abstracting the data.
