Okay for awhile. Not long term.

|
- You will learn a lot since there are really no difference in titles/roles. Coordinators do just as much the senior level employees.
- There are some really talented and great people you have the opportunity to work with as well as some fun/big clients
|
- You are very very micromanaged and closely watched at all times.
- Little opportunity for career growth. They say they will pay for training, but make it very difficult to get anything actually approved.
- You will be very overworked and the benefits for how hard you work are not good.
- They do not provide many platforms/tools to do your job efficiently and effectively.
- Cliquey feel amongst teams, and toxic environment.
- Have to pay for parking.

Great environment and office space. Collaborative team and engaging client work.

At the time (2017), really needs/needed and actual HR department, or designated HR person. Payroll was outsourced and HR was handled by COO. Not a bad thing, but the company was large enough to warrant a dedicated HR professional. I would assume/hope this has been resolved by this time (2020).

Interesting Work and Smart Fun Coworkers

The coworkers are great, the work is fun and varied (#AgencyLife) and you get a chance to build projects that are beautiful. The office is very nice, located downtown and next to bootlegger. New clients mean new projects and new work, so you won't get bored.
|
The usual cons with an Agency, sometime long hours to get projects done. Sometimes clients ask have crazy requests (#AgencyLife) and you have to figure out how to make it work.
