Free lunch 3 days a week. Good pay for management jobs. | Senior management doesnt trust its employees to do the jobs they were hired to perform and micromanagement is at every level. Executives are condescending and out and out offensive at times. Weird promotions occur and hard work is almost never acknowledged and rewarded but exploited for more work. Never seen worse morale in an office environment. Atmosphere is one of fear and general misery as people watch projects they've worked hard on be handed off to senior management who committee those projects to death. Innovation and creativity are not rewarded but viewed as a waste of time which is strange for a gaming company. The turnover is unbelievably high, most people don't work there more than 6 months. | -1.0 | NEGATIVE | 6.0 | 1.0 | 3.0 | 0.0 | 2.0 | 4.0 | 1.0 | 301583 | Open | If you hire someone to do a job, let them do their job. Do not belittle people's ideas or suggestions in a brainstorm setting. Do not foster an atmosphere of such fear and dissatisfaction that almost one person in the office cries every week. Think about being the kind of leaders who inspire and teach rather than tear down. It might help cure your turnover rate, which is high even for startup standards. | 0.0 | [] | No | No | 0.0 | Mar 22nd, 2021 12:39AM | Mar 22nd, 2021 12:39AM | MindJolt | Automobiles & Parts |
