Amazing team, but company is not so great.

Amazing team, fun colleges. We had a great atmosphere, met fun and great people.
* Amazing team
* Fun lunches
* Tech team has great ambitions
Great thanks and sound out to the team I had there.

Company was sold without informing employees before.
Firing and leaving of tech team, most of the team that build the product from scratch left or was fired.
Really high turnover, in the last 2 years probably 10 employees left or were fired on a total amount of about 15-20.
Would not recommend.

With new sales and account management leadership, mindmarker is now on a great growth trajectory. The new head of sales has built a new sales process, forecast system, and is coaching and guiding the team to hit our revenue goals.
Marketing is still getting up and running, and has already driven some pipeline leading to great new logos.
It's an exciting start-up environment where we get to work with many different divisions, bring up and experiment with new ideas, as well as "not just sell" as the AEs get to up-sell customer accounts and work with partners.

This could be a good company, old Sales Manager (Brian?)had a compelling vision, not sure why the owners didn't listen. The concept is needed, the execution and leadership of that vision is long lost

Too many to list. Micromanaging by people who aren't smart, inflexible people who think they are flexible. One of the owners has another successful business and seems to think this makes him smart. The other owner has failed at everything, including his judo story. Run from this place

Clients are great. Coworkers are great. That's about it really. Wish I could say more pros, but there just are not any.

Salaries are not industry median, they are much lower. Unrealistic expectations from Executives. High stress, high turn over. Management often fires employees to save the bottom line. They do not value employees that have been with them for a long time. Executives do not listen to employees' concerns. Benefits are so expensive it makes them worthless. Don't work here. I helped them write some of the positive reviews posted here...they are all false.
