I was surprised to read a comment about how you have to do things that are not in the job description - description says "and other tasks". Anyone who doesn't understand the concept that in hight quality Customer Service you have to go "above and beyond" should look for a job elsewhere. We are well compensated, get gifts for birthdays and Christmases. 65% of Mindspace employees are women. No two days are alike. The variety of Companies that chose Mindspace as their office proves to be a source of inspiration to all. UK management became fractured and fought amongst themselves. Also, the head office was ill-equipped to handle UK employment law. The company its self don't value their staff. NO BENEFITS from the company. LONG HOURS. Management Make you do things that are not in your job description and expect you to be ok with it. (a one or two times it's fine but not on a daily basis). Very Poor management skills from CITY LEAD and the HQ in Tel Aviv. No support from the other team members. Community managers don't bother helping out on the shop floor, they spend their time outside smoking and down the Pub. If you're willing to run your self down and do 3 people jobs at once and including yours apply here. Staff turnover is huge. 5/6 staff per site, staff turn over in 18/2019 16+ People.
