- Work environment: forget the concept of office politics, in Mindvalley everyone has your back and this counts for our CEO too. In a year where companies have fired and cut salaries, Vishen has gone above and beyond to make sure everyone had their job secured, including in departments such as events that were radically transformed by the pandemic. His commitment has gone to the safety of the team - including regularly issuing promotions and sharing a rather considerable percentage of the company profits with the team - which is a rarity in the landscape we are living in.
In Mindvalley, you are surrounded by a team that genuinely cares for your well-being, both professional and personal. Whenever I have asked for support, my colleagues have gone out of their way to support me and help me overcome any roadblock I encounter at work. I have never had to worry about people trying to undermine my growth, it's the opposite: we are invested in seeing each other shine and encouraging each other to give our best. My managers have always found ways for me to play according to my strongest skills and in the areas that would make me the most fulfilled. I have constantly encountered leaders who were invested in my growth and success.
On a personal level, when I recently relocated, our CEO created so many occasions for me to feel included and welcomed (even hosting us for dinners with his family during the holidays when we couldn't be reunited with our own families - that's the level of care I am talking about!), and regularly creates small gatherings for the newbies to feel connected and integrated to the rest of the team so he could make the transition as smooth as possible for anyone who was joining in our new base. I have moved across places so many times and starting a new chapter has never been as easy as this time around.
- I have created a concrete portfolio of strong successes that are extremely valued in my field - and I owe a lot of this to the trust I have constantly received from my leaders and the CEO in the projects I wanted to test within the company. Vishen has seen my potential from the beginning and has given me challenges big enough for me to realize what I was capable of achieving. As a result, I am respected in my field inside and outside of Mindvalley.
- Mindvalley has supported me in my life plans and goals way beyond what a normal company would do. Our CEO reads and stores a picture of everyone's life ambitions and will extend opportunities for you to grow according to your dreams whenever possible - including in my personal aspirations that went beyond my direct job responsibilities (such as growing as a speaker, just to name one).

- In the past, I have found myself wishing to have more senior talent (10+ years of work experience) to learn from as the average age inside of the company is young. However, this has shifted recently and Mindvalley is investing in attracting world-class experts with decades of experience for the next phase of the company. I am thrilled at some of the latest hires and how much I'll be able to grow by being exposed to their expertise.

Mindvalley allowed me to find my niche and fulfilment in my work. Imagine a company that invests in you and trusts your abilities despite the fact that on the job interview the answer you gave to the question: "What do you want to do?" is a vulnerable and honest "I am not sure yet". Within 1 year, I wasn't only able to find what I truly love doing, but I also launched my own company on the side based on everything I've learned. This company culture inspires you to become a better person, and experiment with projects on the side. The people are absolute GEMS. They aren't only co-workers, they're family. I feel inspired, safe and cared for.

It's not a CON but no matter where you go, or what you do in life, there are conflicts, disagreements, tensions sometimes. It's life. It's just us being humans. In Mindvalley you're one text away from the CEO. In this environment you're encouraged to be honest and share your feelings, and if something doesn't sit right for you, you can talk to the CEO directly and he will listen to you, genuinely care about you and help you. Trust me, I know him very well.

I like in Mindvalley that I get a lot of freedom in my work and that the CEO and Exec Team is open for my innovation ideas and most of them are getting implemented. Other strong point is that most of the colleagues are competent and good people and I feel that I'm part of a great team.

Things might change fast sometimes but it's the same in the whole industry if a company wants to remain successful in this business.

A company in the hands of an egomaniac obsessed with being recognized as a visionary like Steve Jobs or Elon Musk.

Only pro is the poor people working under the egocentric CEO in charge of this company

Vishen is the biggest con the company has. He believes the company is where it is at because of him, but it is rather in spite of him. He micromanages everything , because his ego and lesser intellect will not allow him to delegate as any company head should. He is detached from his employees and customers, and just wants to be famous and recognized as some sort of visionary. No wonder he wants to do away with colleges, the man has no real preparation. Mindvalley is just his sandbox. Add to that shady business practices he signs off on and you got a hell of a combo you should stay away from.
