The company director is very bad. He does not offer salary to employees by employing employees. On asking for salary, I say that I am giving free salary. He didn't pay my salary from last 2-3 years. Whenever I asked him to pay my salary he didn't gave any answer. And said I don't have money to pay. Also he abuse the employee who works under his leadership. Company owner jitender arora he did not pay my 6month's salary from last 3years. Every time he make silly excuses.

I request to all doesn't join this company. The employee who works in this company they also fight for his salary. All time he say I don't have money. But he have Store lot's of money but he didn't pay to anyone.

I have joined Mindyourfleet very recently and i hope it should become one of the best decisions of my life. I have worked with Jiten in the past and I am quite sure about one thing -that he has Vision ... Have seen him in his previous venture in accomodation space... the venture was ahead of its time and oyo is similar to what was being done much before oyo existed. the organisation really works towards matching individual aspirations to the role being given. i feel pampered atleast as of now as i can put across my opinions without any fear of being judged. I am getting to learn a lot here and getting a chance to interact with the best in industry.. I love coming to work every day as each day is a new learning.. Recommend this to anyone who is willing to work in a fast paced organisation which gives immense growth opportunities both in terms of profile and compensation.

A good organization to work

I feel, I can look at this organization for my future here. We like to call it MYF. As organization you get a lot of freedom and expected to use your freedom honestly. The clientele is enviable and management really supports self initiation. Hiring is very selective and preference is for self motivated people only. Very innovative software offering and winner of quite a few prominent contests.

Very aggressive approach in everything related to company including aggressive hiring, aggressive targets and aggressive deadlines. It can sometimes become a little intimidating. This approach backfired in past leading to bad phase from mid 2017 to mid 2018 primary due to wrong hiring .

The company went into some issues in mid 2017 and end 2018 though the top team shared their approach and will to resolve the issue but it had effect on the ratings and made recruiting tougher.

Co-Founder Jiten is extremely helpful and treats you as a co-worker and not an employee
Flexible Timings actually the best logic felt so far you need to complete your work no matter when you come or when you leave just complete the work.
Yep, you will be working late majorly but the advantage is you won't feel bad about it. That is work satisfaction you will have.
