The atmosphere allows you to use your existing industry knowledge and sales skills to complement the overall objectives. The average tenure of employees is close to three years, which is very good in this industry. My co-workers all have multiple years of sales experience, and we collaborate in problem solving related to prospecting and business selling skills. I see some good potential for growth and advancements. They have some flexible hours and offer sick days, vacation time that are built into a "no-fault" incident policy and contribute to healthcare plan if you elect to choose it. They also pay bonuses for performance! | Not really a downside, but if you are not used to being on the phone for a large part of the work day, you may not like this type of job.
